IEP & 504 Services
Start With a Conversation
Every family's situation is different, and navigating the process can feel overwhelming. Tell us what's happening, where you are in the process, and what concerns you have. We'll help determine what kind of support makes sense—or whether you need a different resource altogether.

IEP & 504 plan review
Understand the plan. See how it works in practice.
An IEP or 504 Plan should be more than a collection of goals, accommodations, and services. It should make sense for your child and provide meaningful support throughout the school day.
We'll review your child's current plan and relevant educational information through both a special education and practical classroom lens. Together, we'll identify strengths, questions, areas of concern, and what may be worth discussing with the school team.

Includes:

Review of the current IEP or 504 Plan
-
Review of relevant evaluations or school data
-
Goals, accommodations, services, and supports

Meeting Preparation
Go into the conversation prepared, organized, and confident.
When you have limited time with an educational team, knowing what you want to discuss matters.
We'll review the situation together, identify your priorities, organize concerns, and develop meaningful questions for the team. Rather than walking into the meeting hoping everything gets covered, you'll have a clear understanding of what matters and how to communicate it.

Review of relevant educational documents
-
Parent consultation
-
Identification of priorities and concerns
-
Questions and talking points for the meeting

Meeting Advocacy & Support
Knowledgeable support. Collaborative advocacy. A shared focus on your child.
Sometimes it helps to have another experienced educator at the table.
We'll prepare before the meeting, identify your priorities, and attend alongside you to help ask questions, clarify information, and keep the conversation focused on meaningful educational outcomes.
Our approach isn't built around creating conflict between families and schools. It's about helping everyone understand the child's needs, communicate clearly, and work toward a plan that can succeed in practice.

Ongoing Educational Support
Support that continues beyond the meeting.
Children grow. School expectations change. New challenges emerge. And sometimes a plan that looked right on paper doesn't work the way everyone expected.
Ongoing Educational Partnership provides families with continued access to experienced educational guidance throughout the school year. We'll help you interpret progress, think through concerns, prepare for conversations with the school, and consider how supports can evolve alongside your child.
When appropriate, we can also help strengthen consistency between home and school so the adults supporting your child are working toward shared goals.
